Is this brick supposed to have an eye on it?

So I'm building the ginger cat, and right at the beginning of the build the brick I got was an eye brick. But the manual shows two normal brown bricks. Is it supposed to have an eye on it? It's fresh out of the package. submitted by /u/GooseLover5363 [link] [comments]
