Is there any reason for the kai and wu from the ninjago legends sets to be like 50-60$ ???

I wanted to buy tge 2 ninjago legebds sets and for fun I wanted to check how muhc the figs are, I thought they wouldn't be more than 15$, why the hell are they like 50 canadian dollars? With young wu and garmadon, aswell as the first spinjitzu master i understand, they're figure we've wanted for a long time.
