is it possible to make something like this?

Recently I’ve been collecting the figures from “lego marvel superheroes” however every doc ock figure seems to have brickbuilt arms rather than the hose pieces used in game. Is it possible for me to find similar enough pieces to recreate the game version/has anybody seen someone do it before?
