First I noticed 5 police gathered around training to put fire’s out. They started getting confident and instead of just lighting the bin a cadet would get carried away and throw accelerant all over next second he slipped and was consumed by flames. Lucky there was 3 firemen in a truck on the way to lunch and as they stopped to suit up and help all the police stepped back gave them room and the 2 firemen ran to put the man out followed closely by their Sargent.
