Is Hidden Elements a dropship site or do they really make these clothes?

These are the sweatpants that Hidden Elements sell on their shopify, but 60 bucks for these and 80 bucks for the hoodies is ridiculous! I thought it was too bad of a price. So i went onto Ali Express and found many resellers selling them for 20 dollars.
