Improved and finished the rusty pickup truck.

As you guys seemed to like the rusty version best, I've improved and finished the interior of the car. It now features real openable doors, openable rear hatch, removable bonnet and a better looking engine. The doors needed some heavy pondering to get to work with as few parts as possible, but they now work perfectly. The previous doors were just for decoration, but the new ones open and close without a hitch. I had to sacrifice the door handle, but I have an idea of how to replace it. Might...
