If you tried to eat jay What would he taste like?

We obviously know kai would taste likea well done red hot beef jerky , cole would taste like a muddy steak, nya would taste like a watered down bacon, zane tastes like titanium with a pinch of frostbite, wu tastes like 1000 year old beef jerky with a large hint of tea, lloyd is inedible of course, but what flavor is jay?
