could he build a better mech dragon similar to the one Lee built in his releam the first mech dragon and mech that was built by jay completely was able to fly and shoot fire and lightning but it was built from junks in a very short and limited time and it was only for distraction jay was probably poor after leaving ras so he probably had to work with the available that's why he build an exoskeleton so if jay had the resources and the money he needs could he build a mech dragon similar to...
