If Cryptor and Mr. E fought, who would win?

At first, I thought Cryptor, with his invisibility and flight abilities, would be the obvious winner, but on second thought, I think Mr. E will be no pushover either. Cryptor defeated Zane in the rebooted season, and Mr. E defeated Zane in the SOG season. However, the rebooted Zane wasn't yet a titanium ninja and retained its design from 40 years ago, while the SOG Zane likely continued to receive upgrades even after the titanium upgrade.
