Ideas for a Lego Modular Moc

So I have made a 10x22 modular of the new Peter Parker apartment set and now I’m stuck with what to do with the ground floor and the top floor? I don’t want to buy the miles vs spot set as that’s just not that great. I want to pose my avengers figures and the 10+ Ultron army I have plus a few hyrda agents and red skull.
