I've made a lot of purchases through the website for years, but now I get this message after every attempt. I talked to customer service, they said it was resolved. Tried to buy a set again, and got the same message 20 minutes later.
It's just really disappointing. My address has been the same for years now, and I even tried two different payment methods, but still my purchase fails.
