I made this guy based off of V1.

I originally made him yellow, but I had a lack of yellow, so I changed it because I wanted to use the yellow for something else. Please give ideas on what to do with him. Also I made other weapons for him, like a flame thrower and an electric thingy along with more guns, but I didn't take pics of them.
