I just got both the X-Mansion and The Daily Bugle modular sets which of them should I build first? Also any tips for starting out a Marvel LEGO City?

The Daily Bugle set just came in and want to build one of these sets during the weekend. I’m starting to build my first Lego city and was gonna start with it being Marvel theme.
