I have a serious question.

So I recently sold my bad batch figures on eBay, the buyer received them Saturday and instantly messaged me claiming they were cracked and damaged. I know they haven’t been put on studs or any pressure to cause them to crack. I bought the set in 2022 for the may the forth promo.
