I found a Lego piece, but there’s a problem…

I was cleaning my dad’s car when I found this 1x2 cool yellow Lego piece lying inside. I was pretty confused for a few reasons. First off, I live in a second world country and Lego isn’t sold relatively anywhere where I live, nor is it available. Second, I don’t own a Lego set, nor do I have anyone I know who owns a lego set. And third, it’s in the CAR out of all places. I know this is a real Lego piece since it says Lego on the studs. I did have a Lego set once but that was over 7 years ago...
