I fixed Mewtwo's arms

I love mewtwo but i found Lego's build to be too rigid, especially his arms which can bend but cannot rotate at the bend due to the stiff, 1 inch technic axel rod used to build his arms. So i set out on a mission to find a way to bend AND rotate those arms. And i fixed it! All you need is two 1 inch smooth rods.
