I don't usually fanboy on customer service but this is just so good of Lego

Context: I am trying to PaB the expensive Technic set 42215 Volvo EC500 Hybrid Excavator as I already have 85% of its parts. The only thing is, the unique actuators that come with this set are not available on PaB (not just out of stock but totally not being sold by Lego). For some reason, I thought of asking the support if I can just buy it from them directly even if not posted on official PaB.
