My latest creation has been five years in the making. It started with wanting to make Bruce Lowell’s bottomless pit idea into an Aztec temple that features a pattern using door rail plates by Piotr Hofman. By the time I finished the temple, Donny Chen had posted his golden dragon, which gave me the idea to have a Quetzalcoatl emerge from the pit.
