How Would You Make Jonathan Crane?

How would you make Jonathan Crane? What head and hair would you guys use to make a non-Scarecrow Jonathan Crane? Also, Unrelated but not worth another post, are there any white arms with light blue sleeves. I would like them for my Great White Shark figure but I guess I imagined their existence. could have sworn there was a Captain Cold or something that at least had printed arms with a fur pattern?
