How would you build this base and print the plaque for the Doc-Ock Marvel Spider-Man 2 set?

I recently got the lego Spider-Man 3 battle scene and am looking to purchase the lego spider-man 2 train scene with Doc Ock; however, the train does not come with a display stand. ones I have seen online seem great, but I would like to look at adding the rounding base seen in the lego spider-man 3 battle scene through an online builder. (Which I have been unable to find.) I would also like to print a plaque in the exact same style (Spider-Man 2, Spider-Man vs Doc Ock). Any help in pointing me...
