How the heck do you promote your LEGO Ideas?!

Hi, I'm not technophobic, I grew up with s/w and the Internet, worked with it and contributed to it. But, despite that (or maybe because of that), I've abandoned Social Networks early on (e.g. facebook page since in 2016). Now I'm chasing my dream of having one of my MOC becoming a real LEGO set, submitting them to Bricklink and LEGO Ideas. My understanding is that you need to promote your submissions to get to 10k, and social networks seem to be the obvious medium. So I started/recovered...
