How Ninjago compares to other "commercialized" franchises

With the franchise's 15th anniversary having arrived this year, I'd like to ask: how does Ninjago look when stacking it other toyetic nature-based series like it? Series like Transformers or Power Rangers that started out as cheesy, marketable tv series but gradually gain more outlets & mediums beyond that.
