How do you add a video to your Lego Idea?

I submitted a Lego Idea, and it has a play function that was critical for me to show in a video. I added a link to a YouTube video in the description of my Idea, and it got rejected with the following info provided: "Your submission includes links to external websites. We can only accept links to videos, but they need to be uploaded directly to the LEGO® Ideas website. It’s easy to upload a video to LEGO Ideas. To find out more, click here."
