Hot take Minidolls represents characters better than Minifigs.

So I’ve got a good mix of both Minifigs and Minidolls and honestly when I compare the two the dolls usually look a lot more accurate to the characters they portray over Minifigs. A lot of the time due to a Minifigs face limitation it’s very hard to capture a licensed characters features where Minidolls can capture them a lot easier due to their printing and head shape.
