Agents of SHIELD Avenger City is policed by the Avengers Initiative, led by Nick Fury from Avengers Tower. When classified intelligence is stolen, Fury assembles Hawkeye and Black Widow to recover it. Natasha and Clint find Black Cat but are ambushed by Sandman. The duos attack each other but as Clint gets the upper hand he steals the file from Black Cat. Sandman then takes Natasha before Clint brings reinforcements. Sandman manages to escape into the city.
