Hail Hydra! 17 new Hydra agents added to the city

When I first made my Lego Marvel city back in 2021, I had this story I wanted it to tell, A.I.M. working with a few villain teams to raid Manhattan. Recently, I decided to make Hydra the main villains of the display with A.I.M. being just another villain group they're working for, and now I have a lot of Hydra agents to begin this.
