General Grievous Torso

Are there two different molds for the General Grevious sw0515 mini-figure? I was looking at listings on ebay and I noticed some differences in the torsos for General Grievous. For the one on the left there is a clear distinction of where the smallest section of the waist meets with what looks to be the first rib from the bottom.
