Frustrated with Brick Link Designer Series 7 Frigate Fortuna

I'm extremely frustrated with this build, mostly the brick built hull. Especially towards the front; it's soo go**amn fragile! Big 3x3 or 4x4 size plates holding on by just one stud. This build looks awesome. But it's really helped me to appreciate Lego's quality control in official sets. There so many kludgy and unnecessarily complicated things here. It just isn't stable. Potentially a great play set, but the fragility makes it more suited for display. I've resorted to tape to hold pieces...
