Found a LEGO Factory custom set (circa 2010) in old closet, have no memory of it

I found this in a closet at my Mom's old house and I have absolutely no memory of designing it nor buying it. According to the paperwork, I ordered this around October 8, 2010, about a year after I came out of my Dark Ages. It feels like I crossed universes, but sure enough, in my hard drive backup, I have the LEGO Digital Designer file for this.
