Found a bunch of old Marvel minifigs in storage – is there anything particularly rare/valuable in here?

I happened to be going through my storage closet for the first time in ages when I found a small box full of individually bagged Marvel minifigs. I don't remember packing them up like this, but clearly, past me was way smarter than I thought.
