Formula 1 lineup but for Jedi Interceptors?

I recently got the collection of F1 cars from Lego and it got me thinking. I really wish Lego would do something like the full lineup for Jedi Starfighters/Interceptors. A variety of colors and slight building technique differences throughout the process would really make the whole thing a dream to me. They are also comparably priced to the F1 cars, albeit slightly more in the case of the Interceptor, plus the unique minifigs likely wouldn't make it a direct 1:1. Would anyone else be...
