First lego build, do they include extras for small parts?

I'm building the merry go from one piece live action. I've reached the end of envalope 1 instructions and am being asked to dump envalope 2 but I have these 3 spare studs. Is this common? Did anyone else build this kit and have these after envalope 1? submitted by /u/RupeeGoldberg [link] [comments]
