A friend of mine bought the Barad-dur set on release day but didn't receive the Fell Beast GWP with his order and was pretty disappointed. A few months later he was at a thrift store in a small east Texas town and found FOUR of these all listed for $29.99 and marked as retired lego sets--he bought all four.
