Error message "There was a problem in our system. Please try again" when trying to submit project

Has anyone else experienced this error message today/recently? I've gotten it repeatedly while trying to submit a draft project this afternoon. I tried tweaking a few things in the draft, logging out and in again, but no change. I've contacted support, so hopefully they'll be able to help, but right now I'm not certain if it's a problem with the draft that I can fix myself, or a real system error with Ideas.
