Encountered an issue seemingly involving quick resume

I left my console on the other day while i was out, game was still open until the console turned off on its own I try opening it today and it was on quick resume, now any time I try to open it regardless of how many times I close it and restart this text keeps popping up- and it stacks so I have to click “ok” nine fucking times just to get back to the pause menu, only for it to pop up again idk if this is like a corrupted save now or smth but any thoughts on what I could do w this ...
