Emerald Night Coach - Best way to Acquire?

Hello everyone! I just got my dream set, the Emerald Night! Well, sort of. It was 130$ for the engine and tender in great condition! (I assume that was a good price based on what I've seen). Now the question arises of how to get the coach. It seems to be made of mostly standard pieces, aside from those crazy expensive windows. But I figured I'd ask the experts here who maybe have experience building this coach (either just to get one, or to build more for the train). I could easily substitute...
