Does wishing Nadakhan not be a djinn count as harm to him?

Jay's last wish (before the finale) would've been wishing Nadakhan to not be a djinn. Does that count as harm for him? Cause essentially, djinns' greatest characteristics are wish-magic. Wouldn't the aforementioned wish take away a huge part of being a djinn, thus hurting him. Also, even if the wish DID work, wouldn't Nadakhan spin it like usual? "I wish Nadakhan wasn't a djinn."
