Does the resurrected Garmadon have "no soul"?

Harumi told Lloyd that Garmadon would return without a soul and kill him. Besides, the whole point of the resurrected Garmadon is the complete absence of all his good qualities—and his love for Lloyd. But I don’t think the resurrection somehow split Garmadon’s Oni side and his good side. That’s hardly possible (especially when it comes to the FSM family).
