Does part 65753 (Minifigure Skirt Plastic Straight, Short) fit on 2 studs?

Can anyone who has this part tell me if it fits on two studs when turned upside down, as shown in the bottom picture? The part does not snap to studs in Stud.io and I don't have the part to try it myself. submitted by /u/megadev [link] [comments]
