Doc Wyatt on the future of Rising Dragons Technique…

I mean this was probably expected , but it’s a shame that RD seems like it will only be used against shatterspin. Especially since Doc previously revealed that RD technique wasn’t made for the sole purpose to counter shatterspin, but just so happened to counter it, meaning that it was used in other ways before. Obviously this is to prevent the Ninja being too OP, since RD is could probably do similair damage level to shatterspin, but it would be cool to see the Ninja use it against tougher...
