Discontinued Color Advice

Hey there Lego Ideas fans! I’m working on my first-ever Lego Ideas submission and I need your feedback! My build will feature M-Tron, a Classic Space theme, but I guess Lego doesn’t make the trans-neon-yellow color that was a hallmark of that theme. So, question: Should I submit my build with trans-neon-yellow anyway, or will that immediately (or eventually) disqualify it? Should I design it with regular trans yellow instead? Or should I strategically avoid it and just sub in other colors??...
