Design for 1x2 Tile Numbers?

Hey! A woman is learning numerals in Lego City! I've been playing around with all the 1x1 tile shapes we have now. And want to try to make each digit 0-9 as 1x2 designs. This is the best i could do (swipe across to move from design to just the tiles), but 4 and 7 in particular are suffering. :c I know printed tiles exist, but I think this is more fun!
