Dead men tell no tales... but shadows do 🏴‍☠️🏝️

I wanted to capture a classic, cinematic pirate story using shadow play. While the physical minifigure stands in the foreground holding his bottle of rum, his mind (and the shadows) takes us back to a lonely desert island, a blazing sun, and a mysterious figure left behind. Everything was shot 100% in-camera by projecting custom stencils and physical objects with a single light source, keeping the editing to an absolute minimum.
