Custom Clone Commander Helmet

I may not know the whole process that goes into making a custom Lego figure or custom parts from molds. However, why has no creator / business made a P2 clone helmet with the visor attached as a singular piece. Similar to how the ARF troopers have their helmet be a single piece.
