Could this box contain the Chrome Vader polybag?

So I have this sealed 8016 and I'm starting to wonder, could it have the chrome Vader inside? I'm not so sure about opening because my box has written on the bottom 12M9 so I don't think there's a Vader in there. What do you think Guys, should I open it? Or should I keep it sealed?
