Construction site for the lay-out, anything you would add or change?

To finish off the last section of my switching layout, I'm going to build a small section of the construction of a new subdivision. To tie it in with the rail theme, the builders are actually using an old previously retired spur to bring all the lumber to the construction site (the old spur is connected to the rest of the network by a switch on the prepared ballast). Is there anything you guys think I should add or change? Would love to hear what you think! The models I used are designed by...
