Color of the Ninjas' Gis

I’ve had a theory on the reasoning behind the ninjas’ colors for a while. So in many Asian mythologies, there are these beings known as the Four Symbols. There’s the Black Warrior/Tortoise (it’s referred to as both) of the North. The Azure Dragon of the East. The Red Vermilion of the South. And the White Tiger of the West.
