BlockTalk BlockTalk Summary

The LEGO Star Wars fan community is discussing the best way to expand a Clone Trooper collection. A user, /u/AidanAzzar, is looking to re-enter the LEGO Star Wars hobby and wants to know the most cost-effective way to acquire Phase 2 (P2) Clone Troopers.

The user previously collected LEGO Star Wars sets from around 2008 to 2014 and already owns several Clone Troopers from the Clone Walker Battle Pack released during that time. The user is now considering the current Battle Packs as a way to build up their P2 Clone Trooper ranks. However, the user notes that the price of the Clone Trooper and Battle Droid Battle Pack has increased to £25.

The user is specifically interested in obtaining a dozen or so P2 Clone Troopers. The community is likely to offer advice on whether the current Battle Packs are the best option, considering the price increase, or if there are alternative methods for acquiring these minifigures.

For anyone looking to expand their LEGO Star Wars collection, especially with minifigures, it's always a good idea to compare prices and consider the value of each set. You might find that buying individual minifigures from a third-party seller is more economical. You may also want to consider a LEGO storage organizer to keep your collection tidy.

Battle Packs seem to have shot up in price like everything else, £25 for the Clone Trooper and Battle Droid BP....
