Choosing my first 1:8 Scale Technic

Hi everyone! I’m finally ready to pull the trigger on getting a 1:8 scale supercar, but I’m stuck between a few choices. I’m looking at the Ferrari Daytona SP3, and McLaren P1 ( both $390), or the Bugatti Chiron ($470). For those of you who own these, could you share your thoughts on the building process, instruction clarity, and overall quality?
