Earlier this year while shopping for girls birthday presents at Costco, I spotted the LEGO 31175 Unicorn Castle discounted by 30% and picked up a few copies to keep aside for future gifts. Months later they were still sitting untouched in the toy pile, and with only a limited number of suitable Star Wars sets available for rebuilding, I decided to crack open all 3 boxes and see if I could turn them into one much grander fantasy castle.
